I got my order in now.....but open package which was a BMW 6.5 scanner and notice the cd disk was broken.....how do I go about replace it or what next here. Thank you Mark

Regarding your Nissan Consult-3 Plus product.
Q1. Does this work only on a Panasonic "Toughbook" Notebook PC or can it be used with any (Windows) Notebook PC?
Q2. Does it include Software?
Q3. Does this include any security card?
Q4. Does it include a Vehicle Interface?
Q5. Is this the version "VI" or "VI2"?

1.For the nissan 3 product`s software can be installed on any computer,but for the security card it has special needed,,need the computer has PCI-E port.

2.For the consult 3 package,there is software CD which needs to install on computer.

4.The version for the consult 3 is VI not VI2.

like to know what is better and more stable consult 3 or 4. will your security card and reprograming card work any companys consult 3 or does it only work with yours. whats best price for consult 3 and or 4 and price on security cartd reprograming card and gtr card.

bonjour , j'ai acheter chez vous volvo dice obd2 est je n'arrive pas a l'installer sur l'ordinateur qui pourtant est sous systeme windows xp en faite la lecture du dvd ne ce lance pas j'ai essayer sur l'ordinateur portable systeme windows 7 il se lance mais ne telecharge pas completement je vous remercie d'avance pour me donner la solution ,

The software needs to be installed on xp system,can not be installed on windows 7 system,and you need to make your computer in this request

System: Windows XP/ SP3
Browser: IE8
CPU: above 2.0
Memory: more than 2GRAM
HDD space( Dis C): more than 16G

Install: You should install it on Disk C, and should have 16GB to install the vida software. The format should be NPF.

What device to I need to install in my computer so that I can insert the Nissan security card into? I am using a standard desk top computer, not a laptop. Joe

For the nissan security card,you ned have a laptop with the PCI-E port,there is not device which can put it in a desktop computer.

My computer people are unsucessful in locating a laptop that has the port that fits the card you sent to me.

I just came back from the local Nissan dealer. I took the PCI-E card that I got from you to see if it would connect to their Toughbook laptop. There is no port on their computer that this card will go into. They have a bigger card that you insert an SD Card into, then the two go into the slot on the side of the laptop.

Just to let you know, I located a device that will enable the PCI-E card. The adapter was purchased from Amazon.com
StarTech.com USB to ExpressCard Adapter (ECU2USB)
Cost was $21.00 US Funds
